Adeyemi Football Club of Ibadan is set to compete against Winners FC, Abiola Babes, and De Pride FC in Group B for the Ibadan Football Council League Qualifiers stage.
This was made known during the draw ceremony, held in Ibadan, revealed the challenging lineup.
Chairman of the Ibadan Football Council Mogaji Rotimi Ali,announced the grouping, and Adeyemi FC’s head coach, Kolawole Emmanuel, expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for the league.
‘This is another opportunity for us to showcase our capabilities. We always prepare for every game with dedication. We won’t disappoint our fans, and we are determined to qualify for the league. With our president’s unwavering support, we are fully prepared for the upcoming challenges.’ Coach Drey stated.
President Abiodun Adeyemi, also known as “Baba Abe,” charged the players to focus on qualification.
‘Qualification to the main league is our goal. Prepare your minds, and let’s secure our spot in the league. My support for you is absolute, and I believe you will make me proud. Go for qualification and achieve success on the field.’ Baba Abe emphasized.
Adeyemi FC’s first match in the qualifiers will be against Winners FC on December 4, 2023.
