After suffering a 3-2 defeat to VIA Football Academy last Friday in matchday 3 of the Ibadan Football Council (IFC) league, the Ibadan-based professional football club, Adeyemi FC, is ready to bounce back and continue its winning streak as they prepare to face 3SC team B this Saturday.
The head coach of the club, Kolawole Emmanuel, also known as “Coach Drey,” revealed that the last game against VIA Football Academy was a challenge for them to strategize ahead of the clash with 3SC.
Coach Drey, while addressing his players after Monday’s training, emphasized that the next game is another opportunity to display good football and secure three points.
He added that 3SC team B is not a team to underestimate, but he believes in his players’ ability to secure the three points without any doubt.
He appreciated the club’s president, Mr. Abiodun Adeyemi, for his unwavering support for the team and promised him that the entire team would continue to make him proud.
Coach Drey urged the club’s fans to continue showing massive support and promised not to disappoint them. He emphasized that the fans have consistently shown immense support, which is greatly appreciated.
Adeyemi Football Club will battle against 3SC team B on Saturday, February 17th, at the Olubadan Stadium in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State.
